Sustainabylt undertook a significant redevelopment of Wodonga Plaza, transforming a former major tenancy into a new food court and large-format retail accommodation.
The works included substantial demolition, public amenities upgrades, fire tunnel refurbishment and integration of mechanical, electrical and fire services.
Construction was delivered through carefully managed stages, maintaining public access and trading operations while coordinating after-hours service connections and commissioning.
Outcome
Delivered within budget, with staged openings approximately 30% ahead of programme, zero major trading disruptions and full regulatory compliance.
