Sustainabylt constructed a two-storey, 100-place early learning centre within Wodonga’s developing residential growth corridor.
The facility incorporates specialist learning spaces, a commercial kitchen, dark sleeping rooms with night-sky features, an integrated animal enclosure and an operational windmill.
Delivery required extensive coordination of structural, civil, landscaping and building services packages, together with specialist architectural and educational features.
Outcome
Completed close to the anticipated programme, achieving recognition through the Master Builders NSW Murray Division Commercial Building Award.
