Delivering essential community infrastructure across remote regional locations.
Sustainabylt delivered three public infrastructure projects concurrently across a 200-kilometre region, comprising Khancoban public amenities, Snowy Mountains Highway driver-reviver facilities and a 750 m² alpine-inspired community hall.
The works included hazardous material removal, accessible public amenities, commercial kitchen facilities, building services and external recreational infrastructure.
Delivery during COVID-19 shutdowns and material shortages required coordinated procurement, workforce planning and construction sequencing across geographically dispersed sites.
Outcome
Completed on programme and within budget despite significant logistical and supply challenges, delivering compliant, accessible community facilities.
