Specialist building upgrades to a major public cultural facility, including external cladding, roofing works, substantial repainting, building improvements and coordination of associated signage.

Construction was undertaken during the busy holiday period, with works extending into active public areas and car parking facilities. Careful management of public access and site separation was essential throughout delivery.
