Major redevelopment and adaptive reuse of an existing industrial facility to accommodate approximately 1,000 individual storage units within a building comprising approximately 6,000 m² of roof area.
The project includes removal of approximately 6,000 m² of asbestos roofing and replacement with new COLORBOND® steel roofing, substantial structural alterations, staged demolition, structural steel modifications, concrete works, fire services upgrades and associated building infrastructure.
The redevelopment involves significant structural modifications and complex regulatory requirements to accommodate the building’s change of use.
