Sustainabylt delivered a staged refurbishment and reconfiguration of multiple retail tenancies within a fully operational shopping centre, including base-building modifications for an incoming mini-major retailer.
Works incorporated tenancy strip-outs and fit-outs for liquor retail, hospitality, footwear, hairdressing and travel services, alongside significant HVAC and fire services upgrades.
Construction was carefully staged around trading operations, with after-hours shutdowns and coordinated service connections.
Outcome
Delivered on time and within budget, accommodating additional scope without program impact and maintaining center operations with minimal disruption.
