PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Wodonga Plaza Mall Works (Victoria) was an architect designed mall redevelopment project with warm shell works for mini-major tenants space (Best & Less, Cotton On and Rivers), new food court and mall terrazzo works.
The works were conducted in a fully operational shopping centre.

CLIENT REQUIREMENT

After the major supermarket tenant left, the redevelopment of the space, incorporating additional food tenancies and a
fresh public food court were essential to revitalise this long-standing shopping centre in the heart of Wodonga.

INNOVATIONS,
APPROACH & OUTCOME

Working closely with the Operations Manager, to ensure tight timeframes and strict noise restrictions were adhered to, our team performed construction miracles, creating a space worthy of the re-branded Plaza. Despite an already tight timeframe at tender stage - changes to incoming tenants shaved a futher third off the program and yet the deadline was still acheived through cooperative trades and efficient project management.
