North East Victoria’s first HIA Greensmart Accredited Home.

Sustainabylt’s exclusive designed eco home in CBD Wodonga. Our design brief was to create a solar-passive, energy efficient ‘livable’ home with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 offices, a large kitchen and kitchenette, large alfresco area, pantry, double garage and off-street parking for an additional 2 cars – all on a ten meter wide block of land in the CBD of Wodonga. The client’s also wanted a house that didn’t look like all the other new houses going up in the area. We consulted with the clients for many months to get the look right and get the fundamentals sorted and here are the results. It features an energy rating which exceeds 6 stars, all the needed space and functionality and the light is just perfect inside.

We are proud to announce that this is the first housing award we have ever entered and came out overall winners in our category.
