Beechworth Primary School – circa 1865. Sustainabylt managed this project while the heritage listed school was in operation and some of the tasks involved are listed below

#Replacement of much of the sub floor and floor boards due to termite damage

#Installation of a reticulated termite treatment system

#Removal and replacement of skirting boards damaged due to termite activity

#Removal of kitchens and assorted benches to restore the building to its original state

#Removal of large sections of solid plaster, including bull nosed arches, injection of the wall to prevent rising damp and repair of the wall.

#Roof works associated with leaking slate tiles

#Removal of asbestos from toilet blocks and installation of removable checker plate access panels

#Carpet removal and laying including cabling and electrical works.

#installation of emergency shower facilities.
