Major Renovation of 1940’s Farm House

Complete project management for remote clients. Design Brief included turning the existing two bedroom double brick farm house from a cold, dark, un-inviting house into an energy-efficient, light-filled, modern three bedroom home with minimal extension of floor area. Cedar windows, sustainably harvested timber flooring, clerestory louver windows and a large opening/closing roof covering the north facing deck feature in this solar-passive design
