Completed April 2007. We replaced the roof, fascia and gutters with new colorbond materials and recycled all the old iron. We added insulation and clad the exterior of the old house in order to make it more energy efficient and presentable. The addition of a back north facing room using recycled windows and doors allowed a lot more light into the home with the added bonus of additional living space.
