Our client had other roof plumbers involved for a while and this project proved quite challenging to resolve. The tenants in the building had continual wet areas and even flooding in the carpet showroom. We repaired the internal gutter sumps, coating them with a special UV stabilized waterproofing product, fitted gutter guard to prevent rusted gutters, repaired multiple leaks, fitted flashings and provided our client with a report and photos. We are pleased to report that the leaks have been resolved and we have yet another happy Sustainabylt Commercial client.
